Due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus, the Episcopal Diocese of Indianapolis has decided to suspend public, in-person worship until at least the end of March. Following the advice of Bishop Jennifer Baskerville-Burrows, services will not be held at the Canterbury House on at least the following Sundays: March 22nd, March 29th, and April 5th.
In addition, as Indiana University has decided that all classes will meet online for the remainder of the semester and has advised against extracurricular gatherings, we will be postponing all of our other events until further notice.
The most recent announcement from the university can be read here. IU's dedicated COVID-19 website can be found here, and information specifically relevant to the Bloomington campus can be found here.
Any updates will be announced through our newsletter.
Wishing you and your loved ones the best of health,
The Episcopal Campus Ministry at IU
The Canterbury Fellowship is the worshiping congregation of Canterbury House and the Episcopal (Anglican) Campus Ministry at Indiana University. The mission of Canterbury Fellowship within the Episcopal Church is to restore all people to unity with God and each other in Christ. We pursue this mission in many different and complementary ways. We pray, worship and proclaim the Gospel. We also promote justice, equality, inclusion, peace, love, critical thinking and acting as agents of change in our world.
We have a wonderful worship space at our Canterbury House. We have services every Sunday night at 4 p.m.
