Based on the novel of the same name, The Miseducation of Cameron Post (2018) follows the titular character’s journey as she deals with the pressures of life at a conversion therapy camp. After being caught kissing another girl at a high school dance, Cameron Post’s aunt has her sent off to “God’s Promise”, where she, with the help of the two other teenagers she befriends there, struggles to make sense of the situation and resist the staff’s attempts to “save” her.
