Josefina’s graduation

Josefina Cárcamo Vergara, one of our fellow Canterburians,  graduated as a Master of Public Affairs from IU School of Public and Environmental Affairs. We celebrated with her, her husband and fellow Canterburian Ricardo, and her parents José Carlos and Zaida (who visited from Colombia!)
